基于多分辨率相干融合的管道小泄漏识别方法研究

摘要 成品油管道内径小、站间距大使得泄漏信号小而难以识别。本文将小波多分辨率分析与相干分析相结合,提出了基于多分辨率相干融合的小泄漏识别方法。通过对信号的小波多分辨率分析,得到不同尺度下的信号,然后将小泄漏信号和干扰信号序列在细节尺度上的重构信号进行相干融合分析。利用模糊C均值聚类得到细节尺度上的频率相干特征向量,解决小泄漏识别难题。现场应用结果表明该方法的有效性。 Considering that small leakage is a hard work for products pipeline because of its small inside diameter and long clearance between two stations, a leak detection method for products pipeline based on muhi-resolution coherence fusion is presented. After getting signals under different dimension with wavelet multi-resolution analysis, the reconstituted signals of small leakage signal and interfering signal under detail dimension is analyzed with coherence fusion method. A method based on fuzzy C means clustering is used to extract frequency coherence feature from small leakage signal. Field test shows the method is effective to detect small leakage.
