中国传统军事文化转型的几点思考

Reflections on the Transformation of Traditional Chinese Military Culture

中国传统军事文化是旧时代、旧社会、旧实践的产物,具有自身无法克服的历史局限性,从根本上不能适应当今世界新军事变革的发展要求和完成我军历史使命的新要求。建设当代中国先进军事文化,必须推进中国传统军事文化转型,在批判继承传统的基础上,借鉴吸收世界各国优秀军事文化因子,不断完善教育引导、法律规范、道德约束等动力机制。

The traditional Chinese military culture, product of the old times, old society and old practice, possesses its unconquerable historical limitations and, therefore, cannot adapt itself to the world military development or meet the new demands of Chinese military forces. To develop the Chinese advanced military culture of the current times calls for the transformation of the traditional military culture. The traditions should be criticized and inherited while the excellent elements of the foreign military culture should be introduced and learned. It is also essential to improve the dynamic mechanisms, such as educational guidance, legal regulation and moral restriction.
