摘要 "铁路行车组织"课程为满足铁路运输的快速发展和人才培养的需要,将新的运输组织理念融入教学,增加了客运专线运输组织基本理论、用计算机编制列车运行图和编组站综合自动化等知识内容。并将仿真实验运用到课程教学中,采用"课堂教学+课程设计+现场实习(实践)+铁路行车组织仿真实验"的教学模式和循序渐进的"四层次四结合"的实验课程体系来加强学生的专业技能训练,以培养学生综合设计能力和创新能力,很好地满足了我国铁路运输复合型人才的培养需要。 In training, the newly order to meet the demands of rapid development or railway transportation and talent -designed course "organization of railway operation" introduces the new conception of organizing transportation into the teaching and contains new contents such as the basic theory and methods of passenger transportation, train working diagram designed by computer, and comprehensive automation of marshalling station, and simulated experiment. The teaching model is a combination of class teaching, course designing, on-the-spot practice and simulated experiment of train operation organization. In addition, an experiment course system of gradually improving "four levels" and "four integrations" is adopted to strengthen students' professional skills, to foster students' comprehensive designing ability and creativity, and to train integrated talents of railway transportation.
