列宁新经济政策对我国解决“三农”问题的启示

Inspirations of Lenin's new economic policy on the solution of "Three Rural Issues" in China

列宁对农业、农村、农民问题的关切,充分体现在其实施的新经济政策之中。以史为鉴,我国在解决"三农"问题的过程中,必须坚持解放思想、实事求实的思想路线,采取有力措施发展农业生产,建立以工促农、以城带乡的长效机制,推进城乡的统筹协调发展;全面推进农村改革,提高生产力;千方百计增加农民收入,保障农民利益。

Lenin＇ concern about agriculture, rural areas and farmers were fully reflected in his implementation of the new economic policy. Drawing lessons from history in the process of resolving ＂Three Rural Issues＂, we must adhere to the ideological routes of emancipating the mind and seeking truth from facts, take effective measures to develop agriculture, establish long-term mechanism of developing industry along with agriculture and rural town along with rural areas, advance the integral development between rural town and rural areas, promote comprehensive rural reforms to improve productivity, and try every means to increase farmers; income and protect their interests.
