摘要
许多国外语言学者的研究成果证明,Back-channeling是日常交际中很重要的一种交际策略和技巧。仔细观察并对比了三组英语熟练程度不同的在校大学生在用英语进行交际时所采用的Back-channeling在频率、形式、位置及功能方面的异同点,并分析了其背后的原因及意义。
The findings of many linguistic researchers abroad have proved that Back-channeling is an important communicative strategy for daily communications. Through close observation, this paper contrasts the similarities and differences of frequency, forms, placement and functions in Back-channeling strategy employed by three groups of college students with different levels of English proficiency, and analyzes their underlying reasons and significance.
