How to guarantee the sustainable development of postgraduate education is a challenge to the colleges and university now. Through analyzing the history and current situation of postgraduate education in Anhui University of Science and Technology, this paper explores reforms of postgraduate education and innovations of multi-disciplinary colleges and universities, offering some countermeasures.
