DARPA Rethinking Space
摘要
研制卫星需要花费大量的资金和较长的时间,卫星发射的成本和风险也比较高。为此,DARPA 正在发展一种全新的航天架构,以消除传统架构的固有缺陷,涉及的主要新技术包括用更快速、更便宜的方式发射更小的卫星,以及对卫星进行在轨维护等。
