摘要
不同裂纹扩展公式所对应的扩展寿命是不同的,本文在某型直升机主桨叶延寿过程中,通过对其根部接头材料的断裂性能试验,计算得到了不同裂纹扩展公式下的裂纹扩展寿命,对比研究了不同裂纹扩展公式下的裂纹扩展寿命的差异,并分析研究了应力比对裂纹扩展寿命的影响。对于不同的裂纹扩展公式,应力比越大,裂纹扩展寿命越小,应力比越小,裂纹扩展寿命越大。
The crack growth life is different with different crack growth formula.In the paper,during the process of prolonging certain helicopter's root tie-in,different crack growth lives with different crack growth formulas are calculated through the rupture performance testing.Then the crack growth life with different crack growth formula is contrasted and the influence of stress ratio on crack growth life is analyzed.For a different crack growth formula,the stress-ratio is greater,the crack growth life is smaller,and the stress-ratio is smaller,the crack growth life is greater.
