摘要
以Ni-Al为基体,利用反应合成技术原位生成了(TiB2+Al2O3)/NiAl复合材料。对试样进行X射线衍射分析,测定其物相组成主要有NiAl相、A12O3和TiB2相以及少量的Ni固溶体,扫描电子显微镜观察其显微结构,陶瓷相交互形成并呈颗粒状、棒状连续或弥散分布于NiAl基体上,各相界面呈现良好的冶金结合。分析了反应发生过程以及增强相通过阻碍位错对基体的强化作用。
(TiB2+Al2O3)/NiAl composite materials were prepared by In-situ Reaction technology based on the Ni-Al matrix.The samples were observed by X-ray diffraction,and the results indicate that the composites include NiAl phase,Al2O3 and TiB2 ceramic phases and a little Ni solid solution phase.Ceramic-reinforced phases formed alternately and mainly takes the shape of stick-strip or granular under SEM,which distribute continuously or dispersedly in NiAl matrix.All interfaces combines metallurgically with each other.The reaction process and the reinforcement of ceramic phases by blocking dislocation are also analyzed.
