山西省主推玉米品种自交系的SSR遗传多样性分析 被引量:8

摘要 利用SSR标记研究了山西省主推玉米品种亲本自交系的遗传多样性。从96对SSR引物中筛选出42对扩增产物具有稳定多态性的引物。42对引物在35份供试材料中共检测出185个等位变异,每对引物检测等位变异3~8个,平均4.4个;每个位点的多态性信息量(PIC)变化为0.307~0.881,平均0.634。UPGMA聚类分析结果表明,35份供试自交系划分为4个类群,生产上主要推广杂交种的亲本大多来自不同的类群。研究结果为山西省玉米进一步育种提供参考。 Simple sequence repeats (SSR) were used to detect genetic diversity among maize inbred lines which were used widely in shanxi province. Forty-two pairs of SSR primers selected from 96 primers giving stable and polymorphic amplification profiles detected 185 alleles among 35 inbred lines .The average number of allele per SSR locus was 4.4 with a range from 3 to 8 .The polymorphism information content (PIC) for the SSR loci varied from 0.307 to 0.881 with an average of 0.634. The UPGMA analysis classified 35 inbred lines into 4 distinct clusters. Most of the parents used in commercial maize hybrids came from the different clusters. The results provide reference for further breeding in Shanxi.
