摘要
通过介绍对3、4龄菜青虫感染玫烟色拟青霉后,取食量及体重增加量均明显低于对照。接种72h,2×107孢子/ml和2×108孢子/ml两种浓度处理的3龄菜青虫的取食量分别比对照降低18.3%和31.7%,4龄菜青虫的取食量分别比对照降低9.8%和16.4%,且高剂量的影响明显高于低剂量的影响。
The appetite and body weight increment of infected 3rd instar and 4th iustar cabbage caterpillar infected by Paecilomyces fumosoroseus were obviously lighter than CK. After infected 72h, the appetite of 3rd instar cabbage caterpillar's inoculanted by 2×10^7 conidia/ml and 8×10^7 conidia/ml reduced by 18.3% and 31.7% respectively than CK with by 9.8% and 16.4% for 4th larvae. The influence was stronger as dosage increasing.
