摘要 矿井深部高地压石门揭穿强突出煤层是煤矿安全生产中一大难题。淮南矿业集团谢一矿通过对石门揭穿强突出煤层位置实施多角度区域性大面积打钻、卸压,采取立体网格式抽放,并严格执行"四位一体"综合防突措施,加强高地压揭煤顶板管理,按照正规循环作业渐进式逐步逼近,安全揭开强突出煤层,为矿井向深部开拓石门揭煤防突工作提供了借鉴。 In deep coal mines with high ground pressure, cross--cut penetrating high outburst prone coal seams is a major coal mine safety concern. According to this paper, drilling for pressure relieving and three--dimensional extraction locally at multiple locations around the place where the cross--cut is to penetrate highly outburst prone coal seams in such mines is an effective solution. The implementation of "Four Measures for the Same Purpose" is a key principle to abide by in roof pressure control in zones where the cross--cut is to pepetrate the coal seams. Carrying out well--organized normal heading operation to approach and penetrate the high outburst prone coal seams is of equal importance. All these provide valuable reference to the outburst preventive measures for the cross--cut penetrating coal seams with high outburst proneness in deep coal mine development.
