This paper analyzes the reasons for coal dust in thin coal seams in Beisu coal mine and also elaborates on various technical measures for suppressing the coal dust. According to this paper, the successful implementation of the comprehensive dust suppressing measures effectively prevents the occurrence of disasters of coal dust explosion, thus improves the work safety in the mine.
