微波辐射下嘧啶类葡萄糖及阿拉伯糖硫氧苷的合成与表征 被引量:1

摘要 微波辐射下合成了4,6-二甲基嘧啶葡萄糖硫苷、氧苷类化合物及阿拉伯糖硫苷、氧苷类化合物,收率分别为80.3%、76.0%、78.4%7、5.2%,其结构经IR与1HNMR表征。 4,6-Dimethylpyrimidine glycosides and 4,6-dimethylpyrimidine arabinofuranoside were synthesized at yields of 79.3%,76.0% and 78.4%,75.2%,respectively,and were characterized by 1HNMR and IR spectrometry.
