摘要
在对三倍体毛白杨纤维形态和化学成分进行研究的基础上,重点探讨了三倍体毛白杨ASAM(碱性亚硫酸钠蒽醌甲醇法)制浆及漂白工艺,并将结果与KP、AS-AQ浆进行对比。研究结果表明,ASAM法制浆得率高、残余木素含量少、未漂浆白度高,容易漂白。
ASAM(alkali-sulfite-anthraquinone-methanol) pulping, an alkaline sulfite process with addition of anthraquinone ( AQ ) and methanol, has been investigated as an alternative to the kraft process to avoid air pollution problems and high bleaching cost. On the basis of studying the fiber morphology and the chemical components, the ASAM pulping and bleaching processes of the Triploid clones of Populus tomentosa Carr were investigated. The ASAM pulp was also compared with AS-AQ and kraft pulps. The results showed that: ASAM pulping has the best results in terms of yield, brightness and degree of delignification. And ASAM pulp can be bleached to 80% brightness in a ECF (D1ED2) bleaching.
