摘要
造纸机械干燥部的灰铸铁烘缸内部蒸汽压力和烘缸车速的提高,对于烘缸铸铁材料提出了新的要求。在降低铸造缺陷的前提下提高合金低牌号灰铸铁的使用性能,是开发大直径、耐较高蒸汽压力的造纸机用铸铁烘缸的关键因素。铸铁烘缸由于腐蚀性介质而磨蚀后,选取合适的修复材料可以延长铸铁烘缸的使用寿命。铸铁烘缸表面修复材料的覆盖方法可以是焊接、镀层和涂层。涂层可以是喷涂合金、刷涂高分子修补剂。
New requirements of materials for the dryers of paper machine are put forward owing to the increase of internal steam pressure and running speed of the dryers. The key factors to develop the dryers with large diameter and high pressure are to improve foundry performance of high trademark gray iron, and upgrade the application properties of low trademark alloying gray iron on the precondition of decreasing casting defects. The life of eroded dryer can be extended by using suitable repair materials. Surface repair materials can be covered on the drier by welding, plating and coating. The coating materials can be sprayed alloy, polymer repair agents.
