摘要
木聚糖酶是一类可以将木聚糖降解成低木聚糖或木糖的复合酶系,其广泛应用于麦草浆的制浆造纸过程中。文章介绍了木聚糖酶用于麦草原料的预处理、麦草浆的辅助漂白、麦草浆的纤维改性以及酶处理后水样成分的变化,并对酶处理后溶出物质的能源化提出了展望。
Xylanase is the compound enzyme that can degrade xylan into low molecular weight xylan or xylose, it is widely used in wheat straw pulping ＆ paper making. This paper focused on the pretreatment of wheat straw with xylanase, xylanase assistance-bleaching of wheat straw pulp, fiber modification of wheat straw pulp and the component change of water after enzyrne treatment. Finally the bioenergy produced from the dissolved materials after enzyme treatment forecasted.
