中国企业如何进行REACH注册

对欧洲化学品局出台的REACH法规、REACH预注册工作的意义和作用、物质信息交换论坛的运作方式和作用等进行了介绍;给出了非欧盟国家的出口商完成预注册和注册的途径,并指出中国企业顺利通过REACH认证的当务之急是熟悉REACH注册的相关程序,准确选择唯一代表。

The REACH regulation established by European Chemicals Bureau （ECB）, significance and role of pre-registration, operational way and role of substance information exchange forum（SIEF） , etc. are introduced. The ways for non-EU exporters to complete the pre-registration and registration under REACH are presented. It is pointed out that if Chinese companies want to pass REACH registration successfully, to familiar with the reievant process of registration and appoint an only representative（OR） accurately is a priority.
