重型卡车用中段护板PP专用料的研制

DEVELOPMENT OF SPECIAL PP FOR MIDDLE GUARD PLATE OF HEAVY TRUCK

以聚丙烯(PP)为基料,滑石粉为增强剂、马来酸酐接枝PP(PP-g-MAH)为增容剂、聚烯烃弹性体(POE)为增韧剂,并添加其它助剂,研制出了具有特殊使用要求的重型卡车用中段护板PP专用料。研究表明,经偶联剂活化处理的滑石粉可显著提高PP专用料的耐热性、刚性和尺寸稳定性;PP-g-MAH、POE提高了PP专用料的冲击强度;所研制的PP专用料的性能指标满足使用要求,具有较好的经济效益。

The special PP for middle guard plate of heavy truck was developed with PP as matrix, talcum powder as reinforcer, POE as flexibilizer and addingother auxiliary agents. The results showed that eoupling agent treated talcum powder could observably increase the heat resistanee, rigidity and dimensional stability of speeial PP ; PP-g-MAH, POE eould increase the impact strength. The perfonnanee of developed PP could statisfy the usage requirements and the material had good economic benefit.
