摘要
以Na2CO3为发泡剂,聚(氧化乙烯/氧化丙烯)(PF127)为泡沫稳定剂,N,N′-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺(MBA)为交联剂,过硫酸铵(APS)及N,N,N′,N′-四甲基乙二胺(TMEDA)为氧化还原引发剂,利用发泡技术合成了羧甲基纤维素钠(CMC)接枝丙烯酸(AA)和2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)超大多孔水凝胶(SPH),并应用于处理阳离子红染料溶液。研究表明,该水凝胶具有超大多孔结构且具有良好的热稳定性;在m(AA)∶m(AMPS)=8∶2,w(MBA)=0.02%,w(Na2CO3)=65%,w(PF127)=0.2%时制得的凝胶吸蒸馏水倍率及吸0.9%盐水倍率分别达1281、143g/g,10min时已基本达到溶胀平衡;该SPH对阳离子红染料溶液具有良好的脱色效果,脱色率达98%。
The superporous hydrogels of carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC)-graft-acrylic acid (AA) and 2-aCrylamide-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid (AMPS) is synthesized by dispersion polymerization in foam state with sodium carbonate( Na2CO3 ) as foaming agents,polyoxyethylene-polyoxypropyiene (PF127) as dispersion dosage, N,N'-methylene-bis-acrylamide(MBA) as crosslinker,ammonium persulfate (APS) and N, N, N',N'-tetramethylethylenediamine (TMEDA) as redox initiators. The hydrogel is used to treat X-GRL dyeing wastewater. The results show that the hydrogel had superporous structure and good heat stability. The hydrogel prepared at conditions of m(AA) : m(AMPS) = 8: 2, w(MBA) = 0.02%, w(PF127) = 0.2%, w( Na2CO3 ) = 65% can absorb 1 281g distilled water and 148 g 0, 9% NaCl solution per gram and reaches the absorbency equilibrium in 10 min. The fiydrogel have a good decoloring effect on X-GRL dyeing wastewater, with the decorloration rate can reaching 98%.
