摘要
综述了熔融沉积成型工艺中支撑材料的种类、作用及研究现状等,通过对比分析,阐述了水溶性支撑材料的优势,并对符合支撑材料性能要求的水溶性高分子,如聚乙烯醇和丙烯酸类共聚物的改性技术要点及研究现状作了进一步的分析。
The kinds, roles and research status of support material of fused deposition modeling(FDM) process are summarized. The advantages of water-soluble support material are expounded by comparative analysis. The modification technique essentials and research status of water-soluble polymer polyvinyl alcohol and polyacrylic acid copolymers which meet the performance requirements of support material are further analyzed.
