农民工就业代际差异研究——基于杭州市浙江籍农民工就业状况调查

Study on the Generational Differences in the Employment of Migrant Workers:Based on the Employment Survey of Migrant Workers from Zhejiang in Hangzhou City

本文基于对杭州市浙江籍农民工就业状况的调查,分析农民工就业代际差异。首先分别对两代农民工的个体特征、社会经济特征、就业状况等进行对照描述性统计;其次采取独立样本假设F检验、T检验、区间检验等方法,验证两代农民工在工资及待遇、兼业性、未来就业预期等方面是否存在显著性差异,并利用品质相关分析,验证年龄代的不同是否对农民工流动动机与目的、就业渠道、就业遇到的最主要困难等存在影响。研究结果显示,两代农民工在务工月工资收入、兼业性、工作经验、流动动机与目的、就业渠道方面存在显著性差异。

Based on the employment surveys migrant workers from Zhejiang in Hangzhou City,the paper analyzed the generational differences in the employment of migrant workers.First of all,descriptive statistics on the individual characteristics,socio-economic characteristics,and employment status of two generations of migrant workers were conducted;then followed by F test,T test,and range test on the independent samples to verify the existence of significant differences in two generations of peasant workers in wages and benefits,occupation,expected future employment.Quality-related analysis was conducted to verify whether the age difference of migrant workers influences the purpose of motivation,employment channels,the most important employment difficulties encountered.The results showed that there are significant differences between two generations of migrant workers in wages,multiple occupation,and work experience;and there are significant differences between two generations of migrant workers in the motive and purpose of flow and the employment channels.
