老河口市气传真菌与气候变化规律关系的调查研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的调查老河口市气传真菌的种类、数量,了解气传真菌的分布与气候变化的关系。方法采用全国统一标准连续24小时曝片。结果①曝片法共收集真菌孢子19395个,计27个种属;②老河口市优势气传真菌为交链孢菌、锈菌、黑粉菌、小球腔菌、枝孢芽枝菌等;③气传真菌漂散高峰期为每年5~7月,气传真菌漂散高峰期与季节、气温、湿度相关。结论气传真菌与某些变应疾病的高发季节一致,是某些变应疾病的过敏原。 Objective To investigate the kinds and quantities of airborne fungi in Laohekou and analyze the correlation between airborne fungi and change of climate. Methods Films were exposed for consecutive 24 h according to the National Uniform standand. Results ①19 395 fungal spores and 27 kinds of species were collected;②The main airborne fungi in Laohekou were Alternari, Uredinales, Ustilagiuales, Leptosphaeria, Cladospoum, etc; ③The annual peak periods of airborne fungi floating and dispensing were May to July. The peak periods of airborne fungus floating and dispersing were related with the season, temperature and humidity. Conclusion Airborne fungi may be important sensitizing allergens for some allergic diseases.
