提高纯棉烧毛丝光色纱品质的实践

Quality improvement of singed and mercerized colored cotton yarn

综合分析了生产中纯棉烧毛丝光色纱"光泽不良"和"丝光起横"的原因,指出解决前者的途径是,提高坯线光泽、优选丝光工艺条件、控制下机带碱量和碱液杂质含量等;解决后者的关键,则是稳定控制丝光工艺条件,提高绞纱的成绞质量,如控制绞与绞、同绞内外框长的差异,以防止色花色差,提高染色一次合格率。

From the perspective of production, the causes for poor luster and uneven mercerization of singed and mercerized colored cotton yarn were analyzed, and their solutions were pointed out. The effective methods to improve the luster of colored yarn were selection of grey yarns with good luster, optimization of mercerizing condition, control of alkaline content on fabric and impurity content on alkali liquor. The methods to solve the uneven mercerization were stable control of mercerizing conditions, shape design of reeled yarn, as well as prevention of color difference and increase of the dyeings quality.
