摘要
阳离子染料可染(高温)聚酯纤维(CDPET)一般在聚合过程中加入第三单体SIPM,该第三单体在纤维大分子链中若分布不匀,或含量不同,则纤维上染率不同;染色工艺不当也是织物染色不匀的成因。通过分析CDPET纤维的特性及纤维聚合、纺丝、纺纱、织造、染整等工序对织物染色不匀的影响,提出了预防措施。
The reasons for uneven dyeing of cationic dyeable (high temperature) polyester fiber (CDPET) fabric was discussed, such as uneven distribution or different content of the third monomer SIPM (sodium dimethyl m-phthalate -5 -sulfonate) in polymer molecular chain, and improper dyeing conditions. The characteristics of CDPET fiber and the influence of fiber polymerization, spinning, weaving, dyeing and finishing etc. on uneven dyeing were analyzed. Aiming to the features of different procedures, prevention measures were presented.
