摘要
用ADAMS的履带车辆工具箱(ATV),建立东方红C1002拖拉机的行走系统的多体系统动力学模型。应用所建立的模型,对张紧缓冲装置的主要参数、静态运动学与力学特性进行研究,还对车辆直线行驶遭遇障碍物、原地转向以及倒车行驶工况进行动态仿真。研究发现张紧缓冲装置中主要参数对张紧力的平均值和极值差都有比较大的影响。履带拖拉机越障时,行走机构将承受很大的冲击载荷,在模拟工况中,冲击栽荷峰值达到静态设计载荷1.5~2倍。因此,在履带车辆行走机构强度设计时必须高度重视越障引起的冲击载荷。
A multi-body system dynamic model of the traveling mechanism of the Dong Fanghong C1002 crawler tractor is built up by using the ATV of the ADAMS. Then the model could be applied to research the primary parameters of the tension-buffer setting,the static kinematics and the mechanical behavior. Several driving situations of the tractor are also simulated with the model, such as riding over the hindrance, steering about central pivot and reversing. It is found out that both the average and the differential values of the tension are affected significantly by changing primary parameters of the tension-buffer setting. It should be pointed out that when the vehicle driving over the hindrance, the traveling mechanism will bear high magnitude of impact forces,in the simulation results,the maximum amplitude of impact loads is as large as 1.5 -2 times of the static loads. Therefore, much attention should be paid to the impact load in strength design.
