In order to locate the malfunction of the hydraulic pump of Shanghai-50 tractor, to provide basis for repair and adjustment, and in the meantime avoid the unnecessary disassemble and man-made detriment, one non-disassembling testing formula was designed based on the structural characteristics of the pump,the items to be tested and the instruments to be used are listed and the installing and testing methods arc introduced, and the formula structure and principle are specified. This plan has solved the difficult problem of Shanghai-50 tractor hydraulic pressure failure diagnosis.
