摘要 本文介绍了12位数模转换芯片TLC2543在光波导损耗测试系统中的具体应用.利用89C51单片机、TLC2543和RS232通信接口构成的数据采集实时显示系统,在波导损耗测量系统中具有易实现、易编程、精度高等优点,具有良好的推广价值。 In this paper, the particular application of TLC2543, a 12bit A/D converter chip in a measurement system of optical attenuation in waveguide is presented. A data acquisition and real time display system is constructed of a 89C51 single chip microcomputer, a TLC2543 A/D converter chip and a RS232 interface. This system has the advantages of easy realization, easy programming and high precision. Therefore, it is very promising.
