摘要
自动扶梯是一种高耗能设备,广州地铁从三个方面采取措施实现自动扶梯的节能:①电机选型时要求转差率不大于4%,以提高低负载时的效率;②配用齿轮减速箱,以提高扶梯机械传动效率;③应用变频技术,使扶梯在无人时自动低速运行。介绍了扶梯节能技术,实现节能最大化的设计理念,达到了良好的经济效益和社会效益。
Escalator is a high energy consumption device but energy-saving is realized in three aspects in Guangzhou Metro by taking such measures as (1) the slip ratio less than 4% is required in motor selection to improve the efficiency of the low load; (2) a gear box is provided to improve the mechanical drive efficiency of the escalators; (3) the frequency conversion technology is used to make the escalators running with low speed automatically when nobody on them. The energy-saving technology is described and the design conception how to maximize the energy-saving is practiced, thus resulting in good economic benefit and social benefit.
