摘要
利用AMESim软件对长管路液压系统进行了建模仿真研究,分析比较了不同通径管路对系统压力损失的影响,模拟了在蓄能器供压不足情况下安装液压锁控制液压缸位置,得出了系统最佳配置方案.研究对实际系统的设计调试具有指导意义,提高了设计可靠性和工作效率,降低了设计成本.
The simulation of long pipe hydraulic system was studied based on AMESim. The pipes with different diameter influenced on pressure loss were compared,and hydraulic lock was set to control hydraulic cylinder in condition of short pressure of accumulator, and then a best configuration project of hydraulic system was put forward. The research has a sense of guiding the practical system design and debugging, enhances the design reliability and work efficiency and reduces the design cost.
