摘要
对TP347H、T91异种管接头在平焊位置的焊接接头进行了工艺试验。确定了焊接工艺参数,对接头进行拉伸、弯曲、冲击等性能试验和应力腐蚀实验,并分析了接头组织。结果表明:采用钨极氩弧焊(TIG)的接头性能优于TIG焊打底焊条电弧焊盖面的接头性能。该试验结果对于火电厂异种管接头的连接具有较大的实用意义。
The welding process parameters for downhand welding is determined,and the performance experiments of the joints,such as the tension test,the bending test and the impacting test,are can'ied out.The stress--corrosion tests of joints are done tno.At the same time,the microstrueture of the joints is observed.The result shows that the performance of the pipe joint welded by TIG is better than that welded by TIG root welding and manual are covering.The resuh has a considerable practical value to use the method to weld the dissimilar pipe joints in the thermal power plants.
