摘要
逆变焊机控制电路部分的工作频率很高,但能量有限;主电路的变换器工作频率不高,但瞬态能量较大,其近场辐射较强。通过近场探头测试电焊机周围磁场的辐射分布清况。定性的研究了弧焊电源电磁发射的特点。根据IEC60974-10:2004标准,对金属机壳屏蔽和非屏蔽状态下的逆变弧焊电源电磁发射对比测试[1]。针对比较严重的电磁辐射,提出相应的抑制措施。
The working frequency of control circuit unit in inverter power source is very high with limited energy.While the frequency of the inverter in the main circuit is low,but with higher transient energy and near-field radiation.The radiant emissions of inverter power source were tested through the close field probe ,and the features of radiant emission produced by inverter power source qualitatively were analyzed.According to IEC60974-10:2004,contrast tests were taken between the machine with and without and shield by metal shell.According to the serious phenomena of electromagnetic radiation,propose the corresponding measure to restrain it.
