水稻温敏核不育系G156S在泰国的特征特性

Characteristics of G156S,a Thermo-sensitive Genic Male Sterile (TGMS) Line,in KamphaengSaen,Thailand

在泰国热带季风气候条件下,G156S于3月下旬抽穗,其育性表现为全不育,主茎叶片数14叶,但其播始历期比在贵阳生态条件下主茎叶片数同为14叶时缩短了20 d,而其他农艺性状表现变化不大。人工气候箱鉴定结果显示,参试单株其育性发生了漂变,不育临界起点温度比原来提高了0.5℃。

The fertility of G156S, a thermo-sensitive genic male sterile （TGMS） line in rice, was complete sterility when it was planted in KamphaengSaen, Thailand under natural environment conditions in 2007. The growth days from sowing to heading of G156S with 14 leaves on the main stem in KamphaengSaen, Thailand was 20 d shorten than that in Guiyang, China and there was no significant difference in other agronomic characteristics between KamphaengSaen and Guiyang. The identification results from a artificial chamber showed that its critical sterility temperature increased by 0.5℃.
