摘要 采用水培法研究了不同浓度Cu2+对烟草幼苗生长发育的影响。结果表明:低浓度的Cu2+(<0.5 mg/L)处理下的烟草幼苗在短时间内(15 d)叶片中脯氨酸及蛋白质含量下降,但根系活力上升,在培养30 d后烟草幼苗的脯氨酸含量上升,根系活力及可溶性蛋白质含量下降;高浓度的Cu2+处理(>1 mg/L)使烟草幼苗在短时间内出现叶片中脯氨酸含量上升,根系活力下降,且随Cu2+处理浓度上升烟草幼苗受毒害的程度加深。 The tobacco seedlings were cultured by the hydroponics to study the effect of Cu^2+ stress on its growth and development. The results showed that the proline and protein content of leaves of tobacco seedlings treated with less than 0.5 mg/L Cu^2+ stress decreased and its root activity increased within 15 d and the proline content of tobacco seedlings increased and the root activity and protein content decreased after 30 d. The proline content of leaves of tobacco seedlings treated with more than 1 mg/L Cu^2+ stress increased and its root activity decreased within 15 d. The damage degree of tobacco seedlings treated with Cu^2+stress rised with increase of Cu^2+ concentration.
