不同化学药剂对辣椒种子耐冷性生理生化的影响

摘要 以花溪辣椒为供试材料,分别用H2O2、PEG、CaCl2和SA进行种子浸种后在低温(5℃)胁迫下培养,以蒸馏水浸种处理分别在5℃和25℃下培养为对照进行试验。结果表明:经过H2O2处理后其种子的发芽率、发芽势,幼苗的可溶性糖含量、可溶性蛋白含量、脯氨酸(Pro)含量、氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性升高;丙二醛(MDA)含量、质膜透性降低,并较其他处理及对照达显著水平。H2O2是对辣椒种子在萌发过程中遇低温胁迫最有利的外源化学药剂。 The pepper seeds after soaking in H2O2 ,PEG,CaCl2, SA and distilled water solution were cultured at 5℃ to study effects of different chemical agents on physiological and biochemical characteristic of cold resistance of pepper seeds. CK was that the pepper seeds after soaking distilled water at 5℃ was cultured at 25℃. The results showed that the germination rate and vigour of seeds treated by H2 O2 solution, and the soluble sugar content, soluble protein content, proline (Pro) content and superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity of seedlings from seeds treated by HzOz solution significantly increased, and its malondialdehyd (MDA) content and membrane permeability significantly decreased compared with CK. Therefore, H2 O2 is the optimum chemical agent for raising cold resistance of pepper seeds in its germination.
