摘要
采用菌丝生长速率法测定了药剂A、药剂B及不同配比对稻瘟病菌的联合作用效果。结果表明,药剂A和药剂B的EC50为1.44μg/mL和56.14μg/mL,药剂A∶药剂B按1∶1、2∶1、3∶1、1∶2、1∶3混配,测定结果以1∶3的效果最佳,其EC50为4.41μg/mL,共毒系数为121.46,具有显著增效作用。
The controlling effect of fungicide A, B and their different mixtures on Magnapothe grisea was determined by measuring its mycelium growth rate. The results showed that ECso of fungicide A and fungicide B was 1.44 μg/mL and 56.14 μg/mL respectively, and EC50 and co-toxicity coefficient of the mixture between fungicide A and fungicide B with 1 : 3 was 4. 41 μg/mL and 121.46 separately, which indicates the mixture is of a significant synergized effect on Magnapothe grisea.
