摘要
为了探讨不同测定方法对土壤全氟测定结果的准确性,采用标准加入法对标准土样的全氟含量进行测定,并对分析结果和普通测量法的分析结果进行对比,指出了空白电位值对测定结果的影响,通过精确度计算t、检验以及回收率试验证明,标准校正法能消除空白电极电位漂移对分析结果产生的影响,提高了分析结果的精密度和准确度。
The total fluorine content of the standard soil sample was determined by the standard addition method to discuss the accuracy of different determination methods. The results showed that the blank electric potential value had the effect on the determination results through comparing the determination results from different determination methods. The standard correction method with eliminating the effect of blank electric potential drift on determination results proved by the precision calculation, t test and experiment of recovery rate can enhance the precision and accuracy of determination results.
