摘要
通过调查分析思南县的冬闲田土状况和耕地的利用率发现,思南的冬闲田土面积大,冬季耕地利用率不高,冬闲率达17.08%。对此,思南县重点要从科学规划、退耕还林、农田基本建设、调整农业结构和加快土地流转等方面来提高耕地的利用率。
The un-utilization rate of winter fallow land is 17. 08% by surveying the current situation and utilization rate of arable land in Sinan county of Guizhou. The paper puts forward some measures including scientific planning, returning arable lands into forest land, strengthening farmland capital construction, adjusting agricultural construction and speeding up land circulation to raise the utilization rate of arable lands.
