食品添加剂磷酸氢二铵中氟含量测定方法的验证

Verification of the Method of Determining Fluorine Content in Diammonium Hydrogen Phosphate of Food Additives

根据FAO／WHO食品添加剂与污染物联合专家委员会（JECFA）于1992年修订发布的测定磷酸氢二铵中氟含量的标准方法——氟离子选择电极法，选择国内外有代表性企业生产的食品级磷酸氢二铵产品作为测试样品，测定得到其中氟含量；方法的相对标准偏差RSD=0．067％；在添加水平分别为5．0、10．0、20．0mg／kg时，回收率为98．84％～103．6％。测定结果显示，该方法能满足食品添加剂磷酸氢二铵中氟含量测定的检测要求。

The fluorine ion-selective electrode method recommended by JECFA was used to determine fluorine contents in diammonium hydrogen phosphate samples from domestic and overseas enterprises. The results showed that its RSD was 0. 067%. the recovery rate was 98.84% to 103.6% when the addition level was 5.0, 10. 0 and 20.0 mg/kg respectively. The determination results by the method can meet the standard of determining fluorine content in diammonium hydrogen phosphate products.
