以工业氢溴酸[w(HBr)=48%]与β-苯乙醇为原料,浓硫酸[w(H2SO4)=98%]为催化剂,合成了β-溴乙基苯.较优的反应条件:n(β-苯乙醇)∶n(工业氢溴酸)∶n(浓硫酸)=1∶1.15∶0.94,100~110℃反应3 h,分离产率高达98.2%.放大及重复实验也得到了较高且稳定的产率,说明该方案具有很好的再现性和重复性,粗产品经气相色谱分析证明无副产物.
Phenethyi bromide was synthesized from industrial hydrobromic acid [w(HBr)=48%] and phenethyl alcohol using concentrated sulfuric acid [w(H2SO4)=98%] as catalyst. The optimal condition was: the molar ratio of phenethyl alcohol, hydrobromic acid and concentrated sulfuric acid was 1:1.15:0.94, reacted for 3 h under 100-110 ℃, and the isolated yield of phenethyl bromide was up to 98.2%. High and steady yield could be achieved through the amplificatory and repeated experiments, which indicated that this method had good reproducibility and repetitiveness. Raw product was analyzed by GC and no by-product was detected.
