生长前期北京鸭赖氨酸需要量的研究

Study on the requirment of the dietary lysine for 1～3 weeks Pekin ducks

试验采用单因子完全随机试验设计研究赖氨酸对7～21日龄雄性北京鸭生产性能和胴体品质的影响,进而探讨生长前期北京鸭赖氨酸需要量。280只7日龄雄性北京鸭随机分为5个处理,每处理8个重复,每重复7只鸭。各处理组北京鸭随机饲喂赖氨酸水平分别为0.65%,0.80%,0.95%,1.10%和1.25%的试验日粮。饲养期为7～21日龄。结果表明:赖氨酸对北京鸭生产性能和胴体品质均产生显著影响(P<0.05)。以日增重、料肉比和胸肉重为评价指标,依据二次曲线模型,北京鸭生长前期赖氨酸需要量分别为1.06%、1.07%和1.12%。

This experiment studied the effects of lysine on production performance,carcass quality,and lysine requirement of pekin ducks with 7-21 days old by completely randomized design.With similar pen weight,280 male white pekin duckls with seven-day old were allotted into five treatments,each included 8 replicats and one replicate with 7 ducks.Five levels of dietary lysine in the experiment were 0.65 % ,0.80 % ,0.95 %, 1.10 %, 1.25 % respectively.The trial period was 7 - 21 days old.The results showed that lysine had significant effects on production performance and carcass qualily （P 〈 0.05）.According to conic section model,the lysine requiremens of daily weight gain,feed efficieneies and breast meat were 1.06 %, 1.07 % and 1.12 %.resoectivelv.
