日粮中添加植物油对延边黄牛牛肉中共轭亚油酸含量的影响 被引量:7

Effects of different mixed vegetable oils levels on the content of conjugated linoleic acid in beef of Yanbian yellow cattle

摘要 本研究通过在延边黄牛育肥牛日粮中添加不同水平的混合植物油,探讨植物油对延边黄牛牛肉中共轭亚油酸(CLA)含量的影响。试验采用单因子随机区组设计,选择体重相近的健康延边黄牛(公牛)16头,按体重随机分为4组,每组4头。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组在基础日粮中分别添加4%、5%、6%(以精料为基础)的混合植物油,试验期为88d。混合植物油以豆油、红花油和葵花油,按55%、25%和20%的比例混合而成。试验结果表明:日粮添加4%、5%和6%植物油与对照组相比,牛肉中的共轭亚油酸(c9,t11)含量显著提高(P<0.05),4%、5%、6%植物油组分别比对照组提高了275%、287.5%、325%,并随植物油水平提高呈上升趋势;各试验组共轭亚油酸(t10,c12)含量均高于对照组,但差异不显著(P>0.05);牛肉中亚油酸(C18∶2)和亚麻酸(C18∶3)含量极显著高于对照组(P<0.01),4%、5%、6%植物油组亚油酸含量分别比对照组提高了52.38%、41.74%、46.50%,亚麻酸含量分别比对照组提高了105.88%、47.06%、52.94%;油酸(C18∶1)含量,各试验组均高于对照组,但差异不显著(P>0.05),随植物油添加水平的提高呈上升趋势;不饱和脂肪酸含量,各试验组均高于对照组,随植物油添加水平的提高呈上升趋势,其中6%植物油组与对照组差异显著(P<0.05);饱和脂肪酸含量各试验组均高于对照组但差异不显著(P>0.05)。 According to different levels of mixed vegetable oil added in the diets of Yanbian yellow cattle,the effects of the content of conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) in beef was discussed.Single-factor random block design was used, 16 healthy Yanbian yellow eattles (bulls) with similar weight were selected ,and alloted randomly into four groups by weight, four cattle per group.Control group was fed basal diets,experiment groups were fed basal diets supplemented with 4 %, 5 % and 6 % mixed vegetable oil.Experiment period was 88 d.Mixed vegetable oil containd 55 % soybean oil,25 % safflower oil and 20 % sunflower oil.The results showed:Compared with the control,conjugated linoleic acid (c9,t11 CLA) in beef of 4 %,5 % and 6 % vegetable oil groups increased by 275 %,287.5 % ,325 %(P 〈 0.05).The content of conjugated linoleie acid (t10,c12 CLA) in test groups were higher than that of the control,but there were no remarkable differenees(P 〉 0.05).Linoleic acid(C18:2) and the content of linolenie acid(C18:3) in beef were remarkablely higher than that of the control (P 〈 0.01 ),linoleic acid content of 4 % ,5 % ,6 % vegetable oil groups increased 52.38 % ,41.74 %, 46.50 % than that of the control,the content of linolenic acid were increased by 105.88 % ,47.06 % ,46.50 % than that of the control.The content of oleic acid (C18:1) of experiment group was higher than that of the control,but there were no differences (P 〉 0.05).The content of unsaturated fatty acid in experiment group were higher than that of the control group,and had a trend to increase with the increase of vegetable oil additive level,the content of unsaturated fatty acid in 6 % vegetable oil group was significantly increased compared with that of the control (P 〈 0.05 ).Saturated fatty acid content in every experiment group was higher than that of the control ,but the difference wasn't remarkable(P 〉 0.05 ).
