摘要
通过在腔内插入偏振分光镜,克服了角锥棱镜腔激光器不能进行电光调Q的弊端,实现了角锥棱镜腔Nd∶YAG激光器的电光调Q脉冲输出。根据改进的速率方程对电光调Q特性进行分析,数值模拟表明,腔内阈值反转粒子数、脉冲峰值功率、脉宽和脉冲能量随角锥棱镜的转动呈周期性变化。实验获得电光调Q脉冲,最高能量高达190mJ。转动角锥棱镜获得不同脉宽和能量的调Q脉冲,脉宽变化为5.45ns,能量变化为15mJ,与理论分析相一致。
Electro-optic Q-switched Nd: YAG solid laser with corner cube is realize by inserting a polarization beam splitter in cavity. By the modified rate equation,we come to a conclusion that the threshold inverted population, pulse peak power, pulse width and pulse energy change with the rotation of comer cube periodically. The Q-switched pulse is obtained experimentally,and the most pulse energy is as high as 190 mJ. By rotating comer cube,the pulses with different pulse width and pulse energy are obtained. The variation range of pulse width is 5.45 ns and that of pulse energy is 15 mJ,which is agree with the theoretical results.
