摘要
文章阐述了FANUC数控系统中I/O Link轴的功能以及在刀库控制方式上的典型应用。I/O Link连接是FANUC系统特有的附加功能,它将CNC、单元控制器、分布式I/O、机床操作面板通过总线连接,并在各设备之间高速传送I/O信号(位数据),克服了系统中NC轴数量的局限性,与传统的控制方法相比该方法硬件连接简单、控制精度高,在充分发挥数控系统潜能的基础上提高了数控机床的整机功能,尤其是在多轴机床或专用设备上,提高了整机的性价比。为数控机床制造业提供了宝贵的经验,具有较高的工程实用价值。
The paper illustrates a function of I/O link axis in FANUC NC system and its applications in magazine control. I/O link is the special additional function of FANUC NC system, it connect CNC, control unit, distribute I/O, machine operation panel with profibus and transform I/O signal between them with high speed, overcome the quantity limitation of NC axis. The performance and function of a machine tools will be improved by applying I/O link axis which is simple in connection and high precision in control to its magazine control, especially for specialized equipments or machine tools with multiple axis. A valuable and practical experience is provided to engineering and manufacturing industry of CNC machine tools.
