摘要
分析了在数控机床刀具信息管理系统中,刀具的选配过程中存在的刀具数量巨大、组件复杂、信息繁多,且大量的刀具频繁地流动和交换等问题。确立了数控机床的刀具组件的选择原则、以及数控机床刀具的选配策略及其三维刀具组件的生成方法。通过生成三维刀具零件及刀具组件的虚拟装配技术,实现了数控机床刀具组件的选配过程可视化设计。实现了三维零件的输出和装配过程的动态模拟。所研制的软件系统已经得到了实际应用的验证。效果良好。
Analysis the problems in exchange of tools, components and information on CNC machne tool information management system. A tool component selecting principle, strategy and the formation of 3D tool components have been established. Visual design in CNC machine tool by 3D tooling visual assembling technology is realized. Dynamic simulation export and assembly of 3D parts are established. The software has been tested and verified by the factories.
