地肤子提取物对几种植物病原菌生物活性的影响

A Preliminary Study on Bioactivity of Extracts from Fructus kochiae against several Phytopathogens

分别用水、石油醚、三氯甲烷、乙酸乙酯、甲醇5种溶剂平行浸泡地肤子,获得不同溶剂的提取液。以小麦赤霉病菌、茄子枯萎病菌、桃褐腐病菌、苹果轮纹病菌、苹果斑点落叶病菌和苹果腐烂病菌为供试菌种,将地肤子不同溶剂提取液对供试菌种进行抑菌活性测定。结果表明:1)地肤子的水提物对6种病菌均具有较强的抑菌作用,抑菌效果均高于74.34%(P<0.05),因此,水溶剂可作为活性物质提取的首选溶剂;2)5种溶剂提取液对桃褐腐病菌和苹果腐烂病菌都有较好的抑制作用。

Water, petroleum ether, chlorform,ethylaeetate, and methanol were used to extract the Fructus kochias, their fungistasis effects on six fungis were tested by Fusarium gramine, Fusarium oxysporum, Monilia cinerea , Physalos porapiricola , Alternaria artenata and Valsa mall, respectively. The results indicated that.1） The water extracts had the strongest fungistasis effects on all six fungis（P〈0.05）, with antifungal activities all above 74.34%. 2） The five extracts showed stronger antifungal activities against Monilia cinerea and Valsa mall.
