摘要
文章对新型航天器太阳翼基板的结构进行简介,分析了刚性基板制造过程中影响其平面度的主要因素;根据这些影响因素提出了相应的工艺措施,使刚性基板的平面度得到有效控制,为新型航天器成功地经受多次飞行试验的考验奠定了基础。
The paper introduced the structure of the new spacecraft solar sunstrate briefly, and analyzed the major factors which influenced the planeness in the manufacturing process of sunstrate. Some technological process were found to cortrol the planeness of the rigidity sunstrate based on the influencing factors and laid foundation of the success in space flight tests.
