摘要
目的探讨Survivin、HIF-1α在乳腺癌中的表达和意义。方法用免疫组化SP法检测5例正常乳腺组织、5例增生乳腺组织、15例原位乳腺癌组织、60例浸润性乳腺癌组织中Survivin、HIF-1α蛋白的表达。结果Survivin、HIF-1α蛋白在乳腺癌组织中的阳性率明显高于正常乳腺组织或增生乳腺组织,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。在乳腺癌组织中,随组织学病理分级的增加、临床分期的进展和腋窝淋巴结的转移,Survivin、HIF-1α表达阳性率逐渐上升,差异有显著性(P<0.05);Survivin、HIF-1α蛋白表达相关(P<0.01)。结论Survivin、HIF-1α在乳腺癌的发生、发展过程中起着重要的作用,联合检测可为乳腺癌的早期诊断、进一步治疗及预后判断提供必要的理论依据。
[Objective] To study the expression and significance of Survivin, HIF-1α protein in breast carcinoma. [Method] Immunohistochemical staining SP method was used to detect the expression of Survivin,HIF-1α pro-tein in 5 cases normal mammary, 5 cases hyperplasia mammary, 15 cases carcinoma in situ and 60 cases invasive breast carcinoma. [Results] The positive expression rate of Survivin,HIF-1α protein in breast carcinoma was higher than that in normal breast (P〈0.05), and with the increase of histological grade, clinic stage, lymphatic mtastasis, the expression rate of Survivin,HIF-1α was increased. Correlation was also found between Survivin,HIF-1α expression (P〈0.01). [Conclusion] Survivin and HIF-1α may play important roles in oncogenesis and progression of breast carcinoma. Detection of Survivin and HIF-1α protein may have potential effects on early diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of breast carcinoma.
