通常评估系统难以重用的主要原因是评估方法与评估指标体系的强依赖关系。提出一种基于MVC模式的评估系统设计方法。将评估方法、指标评定界面与对两者的后台控制行为依次设计为模型、视图与控制器。按照这种设计模式完成对具有递阶指标体系的评估系统的设计。以某装甲装备型号级和体系级的综合效能评估应用问题为例进行验证,其结果该方法是可行的,的确具有可重用性。

It is difficult to reuse the evaluation systems for its main reasons as follows., the evaluation method too rely on the evaluation indexes system. In this paper, a design method on the evaluation system based on the MVC mode from software engineering is put forth to solve the reuseproblem. Respectively designs the evaluation methods, operational interface on the evaluation indexes and the control events of above two factors as Model, View and Controller. Finish the evaluation system based on the DELPHI and AHP by above MVC mode. Finally, two different evaluation applications are carried out in this new evaluation system, and the different evaluation objects respective are the armored equipment system type and the other is the systems of system of the armored equipment. And the results do demonstrate that the system is feasible and reusable.
