马齿苋的化学成分和药理活性研究进展

Research progress on chemical constituents and pharmacological activities of Portulaca oleracea L.

目的为马齿苋的开发利用提供参考。方法查阅国内外公开发表的文献,从马齿苋的化学成分、药理作用两方面进行综述。结果马齿苋含有多种化学成分,主要为有机酸类、黄酮类、萜类、香豆素类、生物碱类;马齿苋具有抗菌、抗病毒、抗肿瘤、降血脂、降血糖、抗衰老等作用。结论临床主要应用马齿苋抗菌、抗病毒、抗肿瘤等,较少用于降血脂、降血糖、抗衰老;马齿苋具有广泛的应用前景,应该对该植物进行系统的研究。

Objective To review research progress in the chemical constituents, processing of the chemical constituents＇ accumulation and the pharmacologic action of Portulaca oleracea L. and provide a reference for the further research and development of Portulaca oleracea L. Methods Based on the literature about Portulaca oleracea L. at home and abroad, the constituents and the pharmacologic action were reviewed respectively. Results The Portulaca oleracea L. contained many kinds of chemical constituents, primarily including organic acids, flavonoids, terpenoids, coumarins, alkaloids. They were proved to have antibiotic, antivirus, antitumor, decreasing blood lipids, hypoglycemic and anti-aging activities. Conclusions Portulaca oleracea L. is used in clinic for it＇s antibiotic, antivirus, antitumor activities, however, it is seldom used for it＇s decreasing blood lipids, hypoglycemic and anti-aging activities. Portulaca oleracea L. has extensive perspective in application and can be studied systematically.
